Free Recycling Terms and Conditions
This offer is open to Systemax and Ultra branded computer systems including desktop
or laptop computers, Systemax branded monitors, and accessories owned by Michigan, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin consumers. This offer includes free shipping.
The purchase of a new computer is not required.
Eligibility and qualifications
- Only Systemax and Ultra branded computer equipment including desktop or laptop
computers, Systemax branded monitors, and accessories possessed by any Michigan, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin consumers are eligible.
- You are the only owner of the Item and have the right to transfer ownership
of the Item. No other person or company has any ownership interest of any kind
in the Item.
- The recycling center will not accept for recycling, products contaminated
with chemicals, biological agents, or other substances not integral to the new
original equipment or otherwise associated with normal household or office
environments.
- The recycling center will not accept hazardous waste or batteries that are
not an integral part of the system being recycled, UPS systems, or CRTs that have
been removed from their cases.
- After completing the form, if qualified, you will receive an
email with complete step-by-step instructions.
Products must be packed and shipped in accordance with the recycling center’s instructions,
including, but not limited to, instructions regarding the types of items to be
recycled. Products will not be returned to senders. Shipped products must be as
described in the request for recycling. For more information on packaging specifications,

Notice Regarding Data
The recycling center has no responsibility for the loss or confidentiality of
customer data on recycled equipment. Before shipping equipment, the customer
should:
- Delete any data on the hard-disk drives and other storage devices in the
products.
- Back up or transfer any data prior to deletion.
- Remove any removable media, such as diskettes, CDs or PC Cards.
- Once the hardware has been shipped, the recycling center cannot return
it to sender. Participation in this program constitutes a relinquishment of
all rights to and in the hardware and other computer materials sent to
the recycling center.
Limitation of liability
The recycling center provides this service as an accommodation and
accepts no liability to any person for any services performed in connection with
the recycling offered in these terms, and specifically disclaims liability for
lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special indirect, or
punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
The recycling center is not responsible for any printing errors. The recycling center reserves the right to change, without notice, the Terms and
Conditions or modify at any time.
